Lisa performs in the hot seat!:
Monthly reviews can lead to some difficult conversations. During thepresentation Lisa had to deliver some
difficult news and there was some difficult discussion that ensued from the news. Lisa performed well under
pressureand helped us all work out solutions and action items to move forward and past thesituation. Lisa
keeping her cool showed thebehaviors of MetalTek International and showed how we should react to
problems and ideas in a group. Respectfully telling thetruth and listening respectfully to problems and ideas
was shown and I recognize Lisa for keeping her composure.

1 Smith + 1 Hood = One MetalTek:
During my week at Southern doing some accounting work, Lisa and Bonnie were both a great help to me.
Lisa did a fantastic job of outlining theprocesses that I was looking at. Bonnie got me backup and copies of
things I requested almost before I requested them! They really lived the One MetalTek value this week.

Setting a GoldStandard for Financial Support:
Brad Pierce and Lisa Smith are a tremendous asset to thefinancial management of theMEP Division. Almost
since inception, MEP has been challenged with out-of-period expenses, cost overrun, and other issues that
added burden on often lean months;in fact, some times after the year-end close.
Brad has taken it upon himself to be accurate in our financial reporting and does a great job of auditing
projects for expected costs each month. Teamed with Lisa, they have provided a level of visibility and
accuracy that have helped manage thebusiness to three successive profitable quarters - with virtually no
financial surprises. In tough times, businesses have enough to deal with without surprises - Brad and Lisa
have helped assure MEP has the ability to see its way into the future.

Teamwork IS One MetalTek:
It takes teamwork daily, but during SC's physicalinventory it takes A LOT of teamwork. Our Finance
Controller Lisa is always patient in her explaining and training of things either new to us or if we just need a
reminder. This is an outstanding example of a GREAT manager. Missy and Bonnie were always on top of
what needed to be completed and with their knowledge of the whole process and willingness to help when
and wherever needed makes for a GREAT team. We also have a temporary person, Amy, who was right
beside us and assisted in any way possible. Thanks to all of you!

Team Work At It's Best:
On 9/23/15 the PC in the Chemistry lab would not boot up. We continued to get an error message. I
immediately contacted Lisa Smith @ SC and John Duncan @ CF, they in turn contacted David Lang @ WC
to resolve the problem. They continued to work on theproblem for over 6hours before getting the PC back on
line. Without the lab PC we would not have been able to run production in thefoundry.
Thank you for your focus on this issue.

Going Above and Beyond!:
I had a question specific to the State of TN and thought Lisa would be a good resource to start with. She did
not know the specific answer, but rather than simply say "I don't know", she took it upon herself to do further
research and provided me with the necessary resources to find my answer. She took that opportunity to go
above and beyond and certainly exceeded my expectations.

Lisa steps in for IT Support:
MetalTek sites with no IT staff can be challenging when issues occur. We are very thankful for Lisa Smith at
Southern Centrifugal who has been willing to engage in a number of recent IT situations requiring hands-on
assistance. Whether it be troubleshooting laptops infected with a virus, or swappingcables in the server room,
Lisa has always been a pleasure to work with and her "can-do" attitudeis very much appreciated!

Seamless Transition:
A new phonesystemwas recently implemented at Southern Centrifugal. Lisa Smith was in charge of the
implementation process and Diana Bennett supported theproject. Both Lisa and Diana maintained
communications with SC employees throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, their
notifications prior to implementation and continued follow-up after the implementation made the transition
seamless and undetectable to our customers. Thank you for your efforts and for your continued support as
administrators of thesystem!
