We are honored to offer the opportunity for local businesses to become involved with the Redskins
Alumni Softball Tournament. Donating to charity on behalf of your business is both honorable and
appreciated. Usborne Books (better known as Educational Development Corporation) has developed
Literacy for a Lifetime, a grant program to support educational funding on the local level. They have
donated over $2 million worth of books and EDC will match our earnings 50 percent.
For the tournament, we are offering three different tiers of sponsorship:
 SILVER: [$100 commitment]
Mention as a sponsor in the Softball Tournament program (printed and online); posting a sign
with company logo on-site at the tournament (on fence, near entrance, etc.)
 GOLD: [$250 commitment]
Mention as a sponsor in the Softball Tournament program (printed and online); posting a sign
with company logo on-site at the tournament (on fence, near entrance, etc.); company logo
printed on event t-shirt given to ALL participants
 PLATINUM: [$400 commitment]
Mention as a sponsor in the Softball Tournament program (printed and online); posting a sign
with company logo on-site at the tournament (on fence, near entrance, etc.); company logo
printed on event t-shirt given to ALL participants; opportunity to set up promotion table at the
tournament to discuss services and products with event participants & spectators

General. The sponsor hereby agrees to sponsor the First Annual Redskins Alumni Softball Tournament
described above. The Sponsor agrees to provide to THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT the
following in-kind services and/or pay the following fees:
Silver Gold Platinum
In consideration therefore, THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT shall provide Sponsor with the
benefits described above. THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT may adjust such benefits,
substitute benefits or provide other benefits with the approval of the Sponsor.
Payment. Full sponsorship payment is due prior to the date of the event, September 7, 2013. Failure to pay
fees when due may result in termination of this agreement. No portion of the sponsorship cash payment or in-
kind services are subject to being refunded for any reason except as provided herein.
Limitation of Sponsorship. Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the Sponsor benefits described
in this agreement are related solely to the THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT to be held on
September 7, 2013. Assuming the Event is continued in 2014, the Sponsor shall have the first right of refusal
to continue Sponsor's involvement in the Event on such terms as Sponsor and THE REDSKINS ALUMNI
SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT shall agree.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT a limited, non-
exclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information

owned by the Sponsor. THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT agrees that the Proprietary
Information will be used only in connection with the 2013 Event to provide the benefits set forth above and
such other benefits as Sponsor and THE REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT may agree. THE
REDSKINS ALUMNI SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT’s use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval
of the Sponsor's designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all agreements,
arrangements, communications, or representations, whether oral or written. This agreement can be ammended,
altered, modified or changed when approved in writing and signed by both parties.
