Summary:
Linda has moved up through the ranks since starting at the hotel when we opened in 2007. Linda began
as a GSA, moved into a Sales Admin Role, then a Front Office Supervisor and is currently the Front Office
Manager.
The first example of what Linda does to positively impact the guests is to follow up with each and every
guest that submits a SALT response be it good or bad, Linda listens to their concerns, apologizes if
necessary, thanks them when appropriate and always does everything she can to "Make it Right".
The second thing Linda does to positively impact her team is to lead by example and take 100%
responsibility for everything that happens in her department. Her staff respects her and loves her
because of her fair and consistent leadership style. Linda is always there for them both professionally
and personally.
The third measure of success for Linda is the outstanding success her and her team have had with
taking care of our best guests and signing up new ones. Linda's team has one several brand awards for
both signing up new HHonors members and Recognizing HHonors members when they arrive at the
hotel.
Lastly, Linda and her team ace every QA inspection we have had 11 straight times to help us receive 11
consecutive Outstanding QA Scores in the 90's.
Results:
The results of Linda's leadership and guidance has kept our hotel in the top 5% of the brand in TQS
consistently over the past 6 years. Linda has great relationships with our frequent customers and knows
them all by name, she insists her staff does the same, and for their efforts we have an incredibly high
percentage of repeat HHonors Members business at the hotel.
