I would like to apologize for taking so long to thank you for all of your efforts in regards to the
Hiring Our Heroes fair we held at your campus a couple of weeks ago, as I mentioned my
schedule until Thanksgiving is very, very heavy. Which makes me even more grateful for all that
you did to help me launch this fair.
I have to say that the campus is exceptionally beautiful, and our room had a great view outside.
The members of your staff from set-up, to coffee were exceptional, but most of all your efforts
were amazing. I know I came to you with a last minute venue change for our hiring fair, and you
went above and beyond what most would in order to accommodate me. Your efforts made the
work on my end in transitioning the fair so much easier. I so appreciate all the time, effort and
coordination on your end, right down to helping me secure parking for the veterans. I do
appreciate all of your efforts both in the time leading up to the fair, and even the day of the
event, you were gracious, and attentive to making sure the needs were met. University of
Colorado- Boulder is exceptionally lucky to have you on their team, you are fantastic as a front
person, and are a fantastic reflection of the UMC event planners. I hope your superiors know
what a great asset you are to them and I would send this directly to them if I had their contact
information. Your efforts and hard work alone would draw us back to that venue.
If we come back to Boulder next year, I look forward to working with you in securing a place for
the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation – Hiring Our Heroes again. Great working with you,
and thank you so much for making this event such a success and thank you so much for all you
do!

Hello,
I just wanted to let you know the avalanche of paperwork of the last few months has been made
easier because Linda Kravets has been so organized with the IN Payments, checks and
contracts.
Our office is short staffed right now and it has made a huge difference to me to be able to
smoothly move through the billing paperwork & contracts. Linda always has a great contagious
attitude, sense of humor, is even-keeled (a rare gem in this stressful event planning business),
thorough, and is continually finding better ways to coordinate the tasks.

2. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a pleasure it is working with Linda Kravets.
She’s a rock star & makes my job easier! I’m the room reservation liaison in the School of
Business and I’m constantly requesting rooms for various large scale events, meetings &
conferences—not to mention our last minute requests. Linda is always exceptionally helpful, very
responsive, and most importantly, always very pleasant!
I feel this kind of service builds great working relationships between departments. I hope Linda
will stay with Events Planning & Catering at CU-Boulder for a long time.
