Our customer is a strong minded beautiful women in her late 20’s/30’s.
She has gotten her degree and is now a hard worker, making anywhere from 50-71 thousand
a year.
She resides in West-Austin, which is an upscale community or the Round-Rock area in a
quiet community. These areas allow our women to get away from the hectic hustle from
working in Central Austin.
She enjoys traveling and living an active and healthy life style with a lot of working out such
as: hiking, canoeing, bike riding, running, etc.

WW sports stands for Women’s World. We are a retailer located in west-austin, that specializes in providing women with athletic wear that makes her feel and look like royalty. Not only do we provide her with our very own athletic wear which has been carefully manufactured to have her feeling comfortable and beautiful all while enduring intense workouts, but we also carry popular name brands such as: Nike, Under Armor, Puma, and New balance.
Our goal is to provide her with all the materials and accessories in the right colors, sizes, textures and brands to have her ready to go.

Basics we will hold: plain tanks, tees,long sleeves, leggings, and sweat pants all in basic colors such as white, black, navy, grey, etc.
These will be sold year, they will be take up about ¼ of each department and they will most likely remain in the same selling location within each department
These will be Items that are relatively new and most popular to the specific season. they will be placed in the front of each brands department and we will carry a particularly large amount of these items . Each brand will have its very own trend pieces including WW sports,
featured colors: will be a wide variety, usually based upon the season, for example right now neon colors are very popular
Items that are new to the market and we will display them prior to a season, but only a few are featured in the store to see first how well they sell such as, different body cuts, and different sporting vendors
they will be placed Close to store entrance (approx. 1/3rd)
Presented on Feature fixtures in small quantities to see how well they will do during their actual selling season (e., 2 way or 4 way selling racks)
WW’s Department- because this is our home brand we want to market it front and center so it is the first thing the customers see.
Nike’s- this will be located to the front left-hand side of the store as a primary selling area.
under armour- this will also be located at the front of the store off to the right-hand side because this too is a primary selling area.
Puma depratment- because puma is not our top selling vendor it will be located in the back right behind ww’s department. it will have fewer displays and merchandise
Shoe wall- this will be located on the left-hand wall towards the center taking up the majority of the wall because shoes are a necessity and also one of our largest selling departments due to the fact that we hold more vendors and women love shoes!
clearance- this will be a small section of only two conventional round racks a clearance shoe rack as well as a clearance accessory peg board

for our fixtures we will be using tables, these will be used for our trend items which will be purchased in great depth. we will also be using mannequins for our trend items which will be placed in the windows and on top of the table, and below the department signs
we will be using product shelves along with tri-level round racks for our basics which are sold year around and are apart of a great amount of our total sales. the product shelves will also be used for our shoe wall to place the shoes upon then
we will be using the round racks for our clearence items
the capacity wall fixtures will be used for many things such as pants face outs, outfits, sports bras
our planogram is similar to the picture above, we decided to create walls that will allow as much merchandise as possible to maximize sales. we did a variety of wall set ups which included shelves, rods, face-outs, displays, peg boards for accessories and smaller shelving units which were used for our shoe wall. for the adjacencies we decided to have the customer walk into the store and see first our brand then to the right of that under armour and to the left nike which are our two best sellers so this allows the customer to automatically see something she likes and then pursue it.
color schemeColor is purple: color of royalty. Meant to make our customers feel like queens. Queens have grace, beauty, strength and power.
Texture- soft yet bold
Props- vintage gold mirrors, female mannequins. Gold crowns, etc
Lighting- bright lighting to create a sense of aliveness and boldness, chandelier in the center
Music- mixture of different types of music mostly fast paced and high beat
