國際青年商會中華民國總會各項講習會班主任執行要點

壹、職責:
  班主任係由本會委派輔導各項講習會之輔導委員,除積極參與承辦分會所召開之籌
  備會外,更應在課程設計、講師延聘、講師費用預算、學員註冊費用訂定、招生辦
  法、場地安排及佈置等給予協助指導。

貳、執行要點:
  一、班主任應主動與承辦分會聯絡,並輔導承辦分會召開籌備會議。
  二、班主任應依本會制定之各項講習會標準課程,設計編排適當之課程表,並依課
    程實際需要擬聘各堂課程之適任講師。(依總會講師聘任辦法:區級課程可聘
    請分科講師資格以上之講師,總會之課程可聘請總會講師資格以上之講師)
  三、班主任應將編訂之課程表送交訓練委員會備查,並交由承辦分會印製海報或製
    作編印學員手冊。
  四、班主任應會同承辦分會勘查會場,並針對課程所需之教室、活動地點、輔助教
    具、學員安全等項輔導承辦分會配合準備。
  五、班主任應依總會講師費給付辦法,將各項講習會聘任講師應付之講師費預算列
    表交由承辦分會作為整體預算之編列,並於每堂課程結束同時致送講師簽領。
  六、班主任應依本會通過之課程表親自聯絡各堂課程講師,確定該課程時段可前來
    授課後,正式聘為該課程講師。
  七、班主任應輔導承辦分會聯絡各堂課程講師,促請提供講義、授課大綱、講師簡
    介以便印製學員手冊,並確定講師接送方式,若為多天課程應確認是否需要安
    排住宿。
  八、班主任於開課前應確認承辦分會已邀請總會相關輔導人員蒞臨會場指導。
  九、班主任為各項講習會開訓與結訓典禮之當然主席,並為課程前介紹講師之引言
    人,課程期間並應控制全程依據課表操課。
  十、班主任在上課期間應盡輔導督課之責,確實瞭解體察學員之反應,並提供總會
    製作之問卷調查表於課程結束前供學員填寫。
  十一、 班主任與承辦分會及上課學員均應保持良好之互動關係,並時時宣揚青商訓
      練精神及參與學習之益處。
  十二、 班主任應輔導承辦分會向總會申請活動補助款,並事前於籌備會中詳細解說
      活動補助款之用途及申請時應備文件資料避免造成誤解。
  十三、 班主任應依各項講習會學員資格要求規定,並依各講習會學員上課須知,符
      合規定並達授課時數者始簽署發給結業證書,避免濫發或私相授受之情形產
      生。
  十四、 班主任應於講習會結束後二週內,促請承辦分會製作講習會成果檢討報告送
      訓練委員會核備。
