Product Design Trends in 2024 | Teenage EngineeringsPixeldarts
The realm of product design is a constantly changing environment where technology and style intersect. Every year introduces fresh challenges and exciting trends that mold the future of this captivating art form. In this piece, we delve into the significant trends set to influence the look and functionality of product design in the year 2024.
How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental HealthThinkNow
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

3. GİRİŞ
Pantomoqrafiya da adlandırılan panoram rentgen həm yuxarı, həm də aşağı
çənədəki diş qövslərini və digər strukturları əhatə edən vahid tomoqrafik görüntü
almaq üçün stomatologiyada geniş istifadə olunan bir texnikadır.
Geniş istifadə olunma səbəbləri:
Bütün dişlər və ətraf strukturları bir plyonkada göstərir
Metod olduqca sadədir
Şüalanma dozası nadir sahə intensivləşdirici ekranları olan DC qurğuları ilə
müqayisədə nisbətən aşağıdır
Dozası təxminən 3-4 periapikal rentgenoqrafiyaya evivalentdir
4. TARİX
1933-cü ildə Yapon həkimi Dr.Nurmata görüntü əldə etmək üçün ağız daxilinə
yerləşdirilmiş əyri plyonkadan və pasiyentin çənəsi ətrafında fırlanan, dar uzun
yarıqdan keçən rentgen şüalarından istifadə edərək təcrübə aparmışdır.
5. Dr. Y.V.Paatero (Panoram rentgenin atası) 1949-cu ildə plyonkanı ağızdan xaricdə
yerləşdirmişdir.
6. o 1946-cı ildə, Dr.Paatero, panoramik retgenoqrafiyanın yarıq şüa üsulunu təklif
etdi. Ağızda uzun əyilmiş plyonkadan istifadə etdi və bu üsulu Paraboloqrafiya
adlandırdı.
o 1949-cu ildə xəstə və plyonkanın fırlandığı, rentgen mənbəyinin stasionar olduğu
ekstraoral plyonkadan istifadə edildi. Bu üsul isə Pantomoqrafiya adını aldı.
o 1950-ci ildə Hudson və Kumpula-Panoreks tərəfindən ikiqat eksantrik fırlanan
pan rentgen sistemi hazırlandı. Plyonka və rentgen borusunun başı hərəkətli,
pasiyent isə stasionar idi.
o 1954, Paatero, 3 fırlanma oxundan (2 eksantrik 1 konsentrik) istifadə edərək
Ortoradial Pan cihazını təklif etdi. Bu isə Ortoradial Çənə Pantomoqrafiyası
adlandırıldı.
o 1958-ci ildə Yaponiyadan Dr Eiko Ortopantomoqrafiyanı təklif etdi.
7. PRİNSİPLƏR
Rentgen mənbəyinin və təsvir obyekti yerləşdiyi, görüntü təbəqəsi adlanan,
mərkəzi nöqtə və ya müstəvi ətrafındakı qəbuledicinin qarşılıqlı hərəkət
prinsipinə əsaslanır.
Panoramik radioqrafiya prinsiplərini ilk dəfə ayrı-ayrılıqda Paatero və Numata
izah etmişdir. Bu istiqmətdəki açıqlamalar panoramik maşının işini izah edir:
8. İki qonşu disk əks istiqamətdə eyni sürətlə fırlanır, rentgen şüası isə onların
fırlanma mərkəzlərindən keçir.
9. Rentgen mənbəyində və qəbuledicidə yerləşən yarıq şəklində qurğuşun
kollimatorları mərkəzi şüaları dar şaquli şüa ilə məhdudlaşdırır. A, B, C və
D radio, qeyri-şəffaf obyektlər 1-ci disk üzərində dikinə durur və yarıqdan
keçərək fırlanır.
Görüntülər eyni zamanda yarıqdan keçən qəbuledicilərdə qeyd olunur.
Cisimlər qəbuledicilərdə kəskin şəkildə göstərilir, çünki onlar yarıqdan
qəbuledicilərlə eyni sürətdə və eyni istiqamətdə keçirlər.
Hərflər və disk 1-in fırlanma mərkəzi arasındakı digər cisimlər daha yavaş
sürətlə fırlandığı üçün qəbuledicilərdə bulanıq görünürlər. Rentgen mənbəyi
ilə disk 1-in fırlanma mərkəzi arasındakı istənilən cisim qəbuledicinin əks
istiqamətində hərəkət edir və onun da kölgəsi qəbuledicidə bulanıq alınır.
10.
11. FIRLANMA MƏRKƏZİ
Plyonka və rentgen borusunun başı bir-biri ilə bağlı olaraq eyni vaxtda xəstənin
ətrafında fırlanır. Plyonkanın və rentgen borusunun fırlandığı ox fırlanma
mərkəzi adlanır. Bu zaman alınan diş qövsləri əsl qövslər deyil. Buna görə də,
maşın xəstənin ətrafında dönərkən alınmış fokusda dəqiq diş qövsü almaq üçün bir
neçə fırlanma mərkəzi lazımdır.
İstehsalçıdan asılı olaraq, fırlanma mərkəz sayı və lokasiyası fərqlənir:
o Tək mərkəzli fırlanma
o Cüt mərkəzli fırlanma
o Üç mərkəzli fırlanma
o Sürüşən fırlanma mərkəzi
12. Tək mərkəzli fırlanma
Doktor Paatero, dairəvi tomoqrafiya ilə əlaqədar olaraq, əyri səthli tomoqrafiya
prinsiplərini tətbiq etdi. Məsələn, Rotagon maşını.
Bu üsulda, çənənin bir tərəfinində yerləşdirilən şüanın sabit fırlanma mərkəzindən
istifadə edilir. Bundan sonra fırlanma mərkəzi xəstəni hərəkət etdirərək simmetrik
olaraq dəyişdirilir. Bu proyeksiya texnikası yarıqşəkilli görüntünü meydana çıxardı.
14. Cüt mərkəzli fırlanma
Dişlər və çənələr tərəfindən əmələ gələn qövsün sol və sağ tərəfləri dairənin bir
hissəsini təşkil edir. Fırlanma mərkəzi, müayinə olunan tərəfin əks tərəfində
üçüncü molyarın olduğu yerə əvvəlcədən yerləşdirilmişdir.
Bu ikiqat fırlanma prinsipi Panorex maşınında istifadə edilmişdir.
15.
16. Üç mərkəzli fırlanma
Bu sistem çənə qövsünü üç seqmentə ayırır:
o kondilusdan birinci premolyara qədər - arxa seqment
o Bir köpək dişindən digərinə qədər - ön seqment
o Kontralateral qarşı seqment
Bu seqmentlər üç fərqli mərkəzi vardır; ikisi ikitərəfli olaraq üçüncü moların bir
qədər arxa yan tərəfində, üçüncüsü isə kəsici dişlərin arxa hissəsində yerləşir.
Rentgen şüası heç bir kəsik olmadan bir mərkəzdən digərinə dəyişdirilə bilər və
bir kondilusdan obiri kondilusa aralıqsız görüntü alına bilər.
Məsələn: ortopantomoqrafiya, panoram, panora.
17.
18. Plyonka və rentgen borusunun başı xəstənin ətrafında fırlanan kimi fırlanma mərkəzi
də dəyişir. Fırlanma mərkəzinin dəyişkənliyi görüntü təbəqəsinin diş qövsünün
elliptik formasına uyğunlaşmasına imkan verir.
Fırlanma mərkəzlərinin yeri və sayı fokus alınan təbəqənin ölçüsünə və formasına
təsir göstərir.
Bütün maşınlarda ellips şəklli yol izləyən hərəkət edən fırlanma mərkəzindən istifadə
olunur. Bu sistemə "Ellipso pantomoqrafiyası" da deyilir.
Sürüşənhərəkət edən fırlanma mərkəzi
mərkəzinə və rentgen mənbəyinə nisbətən hərəkət etdiklərinə görə bulanıq olur.
Görüntü təbəqəsinin qalınlığı, effektiv proyeksiya radiusundan və şüanın
genişliyindən asılıdır.
Dişlər fırlanma mərkəzinə yaxınlaşdıqca, görüntü təbəqəsi daralır.
Əksər maşınlarda fokual nov ön hissədə ensiz, arxa hissədə isə genişdir.
23. Tərkib hissələri:
o Rentgen borusunun başı
o Başı müəyyən vəziyyətdə
saxlayan hissə
o Qəbuledicilər
o Ekspozisiya parametrləri
24. Rentgen borusunun başı
İntraoral rentgen borusunun başına
bənzəyir. Panoramik rentgen
maşınında istifadə olunan kollimator,
dar bir şaquli yarıq şəklində açılışı
olan qurğuşun lövhəcikdir.
Borunun başı həmişə xəstənin başının
arxasında yerləşir və fırlanır. Plyonka
isə xəstənin qarşısında fırlanır.
25. Başı müəyyən vəziyyətdə saxlayan hissə
Kompoentlər:
Çənə dayağından, çuxurlu dişləmə blokundan, alın dayağından və yan
tərəflərdə başı yönləndirən dayaqlardan ibarətdir.
Nəzarət:
Milliamperaj və kilovoltaj parametrləri tənzimlənir və xəstələrin başının
ölçüsünən asılı olaraq müxtəlif ola bilər. Təsiretmə müddəti isə sabitdir və
dəyişdirilə bilməz.
27. o Panoramik plyonkalar
Pyonkaların istifadə olunan iki olçüsü mövcuddur:
5x12 və 6x12
29. o Kasetlər
Ekstraoral plyonka və gücləndirici ekranları tutmaq üçün istifadə olunur. Plyonkanı
qorumaq üçün işıq keçirməz olmalıdır. Sərt və ya elastik, əyri və ya düz olur.
Sərt kasetlər.
Gücləndirici ekranlar sərt kasetin daxili
örtüyünə və əsasına yapışdırılır. Panoramik
plyonka isə kasetə yerləş-dirildikdə, ekranlar
arasında qalır.
Elastik kaset.
Bir ucu açıq olub kisəni xatırladır. Panoramik
plyonka iki çıxarıla bilən, elastik gücləndirici
ekranlar arasında yerləşdir, sonra kasetə daxil
edilir
30. o Rəqəmsal cihazlar
PSP – fotostimuləedici fosfor lövhəcik
CCD – cərəyanla birləşdirilmiş cihaz
Bunlar elektrik siqnalını görüntünün ekranda göstərildiyi nəzarət edici kompüterə
ötürür.
Hər iki rəqəmsal rejim istifadəçiyə xətti kontrast və sıxlıq düzəlişləri, qara / ağ
çevrilmə, böyüdücü, kənar genişləndirmə və rəng görüntüsü daxil olmaqla
görüntü üzərində post emal dəyişikliklərini həyata keçirməyə imkan verir.

32. PROSEDUR VƏ PASİYENTİN
VƏZİYYƏTİ
Bütün çıxarıla bilən cihazlar, metal
əşyalar, saç aksesuarları, boyunbağılar,
zəncirlər, sırğalar çıxarılır. Mümkünsə,
dil və dodaq üzükləri də çıxarılmalıdır.
Prosedur pasiyentə izah edilir.
Pasiyentə tiroid yaxası olmadan
qurğuşun önlük taxılır.
Maşın hazırlanır: dezinfeksiya edilir,
yeni bir dişləmə bloku qoyulur.
Xəstə mümkün qədər düz olmalıdır və
boynu uzadılmalıdır.
33. Ön dişlər dişləmə blokundakı çuxurcuqda
olmalıdır.
Midsagittal müstəvi yerə perpendikulyar olmalıdır
və çənə dayağının şaquli mərkəzi ilə
sabitlənməlidir.
Frankfort müstəvisi yerə paralel olmalıdır,
beləliklə okklyuzial müstəvi üçün düzgün mövqe
əldə edilir.
Çənənin aşağı sərhədi hər iki tərəfdən bərabər
uzaqlıqda olmaqla çənə dayağına yerləşdirilir.
Dil ağızın damında yerləşdirilir.
Maşın dönərkən xəstəyə sakit qalmağı tapşırılır.
34. Tam ağız intraoral periapikal rentgen əvəzedicisi olaraq
Ortodontik müalicə zamanı
İnkişaf anomaliyaları zamanı
Kist, şiş kimi böyük toxuma pozulmalarında
Pasiyent intraoral plyonkalara dözə bilmədikdə
Gicgah çənə oynağının disfunksiyasının tədqiqi zamanı
GÖSTƏRİŞLƏR
42. ƏKS GÖSTƏRİŞLƏR
Panoramik plyonkadakı görüntü intraoral plyonkada görünən şəkillər qədər
aydın və ya kəskin deyil.
İncə anatomik detallar
Kiçik karies zədələnmələri zamanı
Marginal periodontiumun incə quruluşlarının müalicəsində
Periapikal xəstəliklədə
Eyni dərəcədə böyütmək üçün
43. ÜSTÜNLÜKLƏRİ
o Üz sümükləri və dişləri geniş əhatə edir
o Aşağı radiasiya dozası
o Xəstənin müayinəsinin rahatlığı
o Ağızlarını aça bilməyən xəstələrdə istifadə edilir
o Qısa müddət tələb olunur
o Periodontal xəstəliyi ümumi bir şəkildə nümayiş etdirir
44. o Fokus xaricində diaqnostik maraq sahələri zəif görüntülənə bilər. Məsələn,
damağın şişməsi, ağızın döşəməsi.
o Dişlərin üst-üstə düşməsi
o Yalnız mərkəz fokusdakı obyektlər aydın görünür
o Qısa boyunlu insanlarda onurğanın sıxlığı plyonkanın mərkəzi hissəsində
görüntünün aydın olmamasına səbəb ola bilər.
o Maşının qiyməti çox yüksəkdir.
MƏNFİ CƏHƏTLƏR
54. Xəyali görüntü, obyekt şüa mənbəyi ilə fırlanma mərkəzi arasında olduqda yaranır.
Radiohəssas obyekt pasiyentin əks tərəfində yerləşən rentgen şüasına iki dəfə məruz
qaldıqda əmələ gəir. Həqiqi kölgəliklərə bənzəyir və eyni morfologiyaya malikdir. Lakin
üfüqü komponentlər nisbətən böyüdülmüş şəkildə olur. Xəyali şəkildə alınan strukturlar:
Xəyali görüntü
Anatomik:
Dilaltı sümük, boyun onurğası, çənənin aşağı sərhədi
Qeyri-natomik:
Sırğalar, dil üzüyü, boyun zənciri, çənə dayağı, qorunma önlüyünün çiyin
qayışları, (R) və ya (L) maşın işarələri
55.
56. Pasiyentin yerləşdirilməsində baş verən xətalar
Dodaqlar dişləmə blokunda qapanmazsa, qaranlıq bir radiokölgə ön dişləri, dil damaq
ilə təmasda deyilsə, yuxarı dişlərin kəsici kənarını qaraldır.
Dil və dodaqların vəziyyti
57. Frankfurt müstəvisinin vəziyyəti
Yuxarı:
xəstənin çənəsi çox yüksək olduqda və ya əyilmişsə
Sərt damaq və burun boşluğunun döşəməsi, yuxarı
dişlərin kökləri üzərində görünür
Yuxarı kəsicilər bulanıq və böyüdülmüş görünür.
Əks təbəssüm xətti (oklusal təyyarənin düzlənməsi)
58.
59. Aşağı:
Ala tragus xətti 5 dərəcə aşağı, xəstənin çənəsi aşağı
əyilmiş olur.
Aşağı kəsici dişlər bulanıq görünür.
dilaltı sümüyünün kölgəsi çənənin ön tərəfinə görünür.
Şişirdilmiş bir təbəssüm xətti görülür
(oklusal təyyarənin şiddətli əyriliyi).
62. Midsagital müstəvinin vəziyyəti
Pasiyent başını bir tərəfə əymişsə, başı mərkəzdə deyilsə, çənə şaxəsi və arxa dişlər
qeyri-bərabər böyüdülür. Rentgen borusuna doğru əyilmiş tərəf genişlənir. Kondilus
və boyun daha böyük görünür, boru yaxınlığında çənə bucağı daha yüksəkdir.
63. Onurğa sütununun vəziyyəti
Əgər pasiyent ayaq üstə düzgün dayanmayıbsa, bu zaman onurğanın boyun hissəsi
piramid formasında pyonkanın mərkəzində ortaya çıxır.
65. Kaset pasiyentin çiyinə toxunarsa, pyonkada şaquli tünd və açıq zolaqlar görünür.
Kaset çox yüksək yerləşdirilərsə, çənənin aşağı sərhədi kəsilir.
Kaset çox aşağı yerləşdirilərsə, əngin detalları kəsilir.
Kaset arxada olarsa, rentgenoqrafiyanın ortasından üfüqi geniş xətt görünür.
