1. LANDSCAPING
The main entrance of the site located on the Eastern part of the site, the site can be accessed by
foot or by car. The road entrance splits at a roundabout which has a fountain in the centre. This
roundabout splits the parking for staff and for visitors.
Two tennis courts will be provided at the South Western corner of the site, they are free to all resi-
dents of the hotel. They will also be rented out to the public for a fee and at a discount for members
of the gym.
An entrance at the North Side of the site will provided access for delivery trucks.
SITE
The hotel site is located close to Cardiff city centre,
there are plenty of buses that stop at the nearest bus
stop. The hotel is also located near the central train
station in Cardiff.

2. Gwyddelig Hotel

HOTEL
The hotel will accommodate 86 rooms in total, 48 single
rooms, 24 double rooms and 10 suites on the top floor. A
restaurant is situated in the rear of the hotel, there will
be a bar at the entrance of the restaurant for visitors. The
lobby is connected to the gym on the South side and the
Conference centre on the North side.
CONFERENCE CENTRE
The conference centre is located in the curved building.
The centre houses a 300 seat auditorium which can be
used for large events. A 150 seat auditorium is located on
the opposite end of the building and two smaller confer-
ence rooms are located on the first floor of the building.
Electronic blinding is provided in the auditoriums to allow
for projectors to be used.
GYMNASIUM
The gymnasium is located in the South building. The gym
is on the first floor and overlooks the pool. Large glass
windows provide a view to the surrounding area. The
pool is located on the ground floor and is 5x18m.
