_____ If eReserves are requested, request access to Canvas course as Librarian or Teacher
_____ Place corresponding books on processing shelves with appropriate book slip
_____ Pull any additional books (Young, as well as Branch libraries)
_____ Copyright assessment for copies (if needed)
_____ Place orders for any books needing to be ordered
_____ Identify problems and make note
_____ Notify instructor of copyright problems
_____ Process requests (mark complete in Alma)
_____ Create course in Alma (Review manual)
_____ Create Reading List in Alma (Review manual)
_____ Mark reading list as Complete
_____ Notify instructor that list is ready to use
_____ Record completion date in the processing log and file reserve form in appropriate cubby.
_____ Type out list for binder, place list in binder making notes for any problem books (recall, branch,
order, etc.) with red pencil
