Goal setting 1-2 years? 3-5 years? What do you want your book to accomplish? Will there be multiple books? What would be your legacy?
What drove you to write this book in the first place? What does it do really well?
Who are you talking to? Who do you want to talk to? Who do you help? Who do you inspire?
What are their frustrations, hopes?
Tune in to what is going on in the environment around you. Look at micro trends and macro trends, talk to some people in your target group, what are they reading, what are they listening to, watching, where does your message fit? What are some unlikely places? You may have already done this when going through the overall process of writing your book, but not thought about it in the context of promoting your book.
