- EB1314 is the 15th batch of EB in Local Committee Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. EB1314 called themselves team Boleh in conjunction with the EP Conference – Youth Boleh 2014 which is hosted by LC UTM as a strategic project to improve iGCDP EP experience, recruit EP Buddy to solve talent capacity issue during Summer break, and increase the number of raises for oGCDP from local participants.
- EB1314 is the 15th batch of EB in Local Committee Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. EB1314 called themselves team Boleh in conjunction with the EP Conference – Youth Boleh 2014 which is hosted by LC UTM as a strategic project to improve iGCDP EP experience, recruit EP Buddy to solve talent capacity issue during Summer break, and increase the number of raises for oGCDP from local participants.
- Once we started our term : Sales Capacity is low. iGIP 1213 has almost 0 raises / sales activity. ER 1213 has low sales activity. Hence, we started our term with a clear goal to boost up sales capacity among our membership. Planned to have Sales Training for members.
- Once we started our term : The significance and role of Back Office (TM, FL/FA and MarCOMM) is always low. Hence, we started our term with clear clarity to have stronger synergy among back office and front office.
- Once we started our term : We knew that due to low Talent Capacity, we do not have Business Development Department / Plan. iGIP and oGCDP are set as our programme focus due to the financial efficiency and sustainability.
- We have a dream that one day, LC UTM will be representing AIESEC in Malaysia to get this award – AP Award in APXLDS (or APC).
- It has been 15 years, LC UTM is the only LC in Southern Malaysia. We are 4 hours away from MC office. We take ownership to enable leadership development experience for youth in South Malaysia. We envision to form our network of AIESEC Specialised Unit in South, to share resources and grow this network and maximize AIESEC leadership experiences. We envision to become a City Based LC.
- With the vision to become a city based LC. We bench mark AIESEC in Bandung, Indonesia. They are one of the successful example in AIESEC Indonesia in Specialised Unit Management. They are one of the LC which is known worldwide among AIESEC network. They double their growth. We envision, have faith and believe, one day, AIESEC in UTM can represent AIESEC Malaysia. We can make the network look up to AIESEC in Malaysia, as what happens to AIESEC in Indonesia now.
