Introduction
Good meetings happen when people prepare for them. Choosing a time and date for your
meeting can be either a smooth and quick process or a time-consuming one, usually involving
an unnecessarily long email chain, phone calls and lots of messages. Using a meeting
scheduler app helps make the process quick. It lets you discuss with colleagues and friends
on the best date and time to meet, make your availability known to others, and ensure you
don't double-book a time slot.
Brief : To easily create appointment with clients or colleagues.
Problem
It is not always easy to fix an appointment with one of your coulleague or a freelance worker.
You have to call the person, ask for his availability, send a message whether to see if he’s
available or not. It is definitely a time consuming process and might require 3 to 4 phone calls
or text messages. Not every one wants to give their mobile number to a freelance Designer or
Developer with whom you might not contact once you’re done with the project.
Solution
Hypro allows users to create appointments with their contacts registered on the app. Either of
the two users can create an appointment and send request to check with the date, timing
and location. Once the is comfortable, he can accept or else modify the timings based on his
availability.
Description
Hypro is an app to create and modify appointments scheduled with people in your contacts. It
also has a simple chat feature to remind the upcoming meeting invitations.
This app includes a feed screen that shows all the news and business updates. The news can
be fetched from various news aggregator services like Google News, etc.,Within the app,
contacts cannot be edited, but they can only be deleted once we add to our contacts. They
can be added either by scanning the QR Code or by adding them using their Profile ID. Once
a request has been made, it has to be accepted by the other person, but while using QR Scan
to add, this step is skipped
The app also has a simple chat screen with no other features like attachements, images etc.
It’s sole purpose is to communicate with your contacts and to let them know about the
updates of your meeting. Appointment screen shows all your upcoming events.
Apart from these there is a profile creation section where user can select a template which
showcases user’s business profile with the contact details along which a user can also add an
introduction video(upto 30s). There is a setting screen which has features to change
password, notification sound controls & DND.

help achieve realistic goals.

To start off, I created a provisional persona of a Freelance Business analyst to clearly understand
the problems he is currently facing with the current mode of managing his appointments. This
persona was created with assumptions and not fully research-based. He is happy to hear that
his problem would be solved soon as we are building a product to make his way easier.

Apart from his occupation, he works as a
freelancer Business Analyst
Neeraj uses his mobile number and email to
contact with the clients. It is becoming difficult for
him to manage his professional ppointments and
freelance appointments in parallel.
Neeraj is not interested in sharing personal
details because people are spamming his chat
boxes and many unknown calls.
Most of his clients contact him through his
personal number and e-mail.He is not interested
to share his personal email address with his
clients.
He needs a solution to keep in touch with his
clients in a single place. He wish to have all of
his client appointments in a stack.

his appointments

me to go through all the iterations at a glance. I first sketched it on paper and then digitally
rendered it.

Color Palette
The color blue symbolizes trust, intellignece, dependability and loyalty. Hence, blue color palette
is fitting for this app. I used grey for the text and and included a great deal of white to give a
calm and clean appearance.
Typography
Nunito Sans is a free Google font designed by Vernon Adams and Jacques Le Bailly. It is a well-
balanced sans serif typeface superfamily that seems to complement the interface. Simplicity
was the leading mantra; therefore, I decided to go with just one font family.
