Transportation does not take place in isolation and its elements, the power medium, must be intelligently coordinated with the strategy of maintaining it as a social service by strategically utilizing labor and infrastructure. What most people don't know is that transportation is physically driven by a "brain" called a function. Simply put, transportation and operation are two sides of the same coin. Therefore, a better transport service cannot be provided to the people without improving efficiency.
