“Anagenesis Ecosystems” is an innovating Ecosystem providing clean
- green energy that will improve the Economic, Social and
Environmental prosperity of UAE. “Anagenesis Ecosystems” is aligned
with the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Green Vision and legacy of
conservation instilled by the UAE Government. “Anagenesis Ecosystem” improves
direct the Environment by generate massive amounts of oxygen improving the air
quality and reducing the Carbon emissions.
“Anagenesis Ecosystems” is a pioneer 100% Green, Environmentally - friendly
Group which is focusing on, the development and production of large – scale Green
Electricity, Bio-diesel, motor fuel, biofuels, healthcare and other bio-products, by
using our unique and patented Advanced Conversion Technologies, by
incorporating the unique biomass feedstock, derived from the world’s fastest-
growing, Regenerating and patented Anagenesis Trifolia Trees.
The Anagenesis Trifolia is the quintessential environmental tree. Each tree
removes a substantial amount of harmful carbon dioxide emissions from the air and
releases oxygen. Each Anagenesis Trifolia tree clean 50% more pollution via 50%
more intake of carbon dioxide than any other tree.
Anagenesis Trifolia trees are growing 6 to 10 times faster than any other tree. The
first year the tree will reach 7-8 meters tall, in two years will reach 13m, and so on.
The trees require minimal water and can be used grey or contaminated water
from the oil fields, STP’s, desalination plants or district cooling plants.
After each harvesting the tree is regrowing (regenerating) repeatedly from
it’s own stump.
The Anagenesis trees are non invasive and non food basis. Doesn’t reproduced in
open field from seeds
The dedicated forest plantations, produces long-term electricity, energy, motor fuel
and other ventures as follows:
• Green – clean Electricity production with zero emission.
• Hign octane Biodiesel, Biofuel such Ethanol, Syngas etc for motors – cars,
airplanes etc.

• High quality Timber for household, marine, aerospace, automobile etc.
• Paper, cellophane @ rayon
• Byproducts for farming, Agroforestry and intercropping,
• Health care and medical Industries producing natural sweeteners, medical or
activated charcoal, vanillin, xylitol, pycnogenol, etc
• Briquettes, biomass, wood pellets, etc.
Furthermore, the “Anagenesis Ecosystems” will create positive Impact against the
UAE’S ongoing Ecological Footprint emissions problem as follows:
1. Create a healthier environment by generate massive amounts of oxygen
improving the air quality and reducing the Carbon emissions.
2. Absorb waste, grey or contaminated water. Anagenesis Trees can grow in
challenging weather conditions, sandy soil and requires minimal water.
3. Improve the soil conditions and climate conditions.
4. Create significant new long-term jobs.
5. Introduce and deploy new technologies and will introduce UAE as
International Pioneer in the Green Technologies, green energy and research.
Financially the Anagenesis Ecosystem will be very profitable, while helping
the environment from the first year of completion. Revenue will start to be
generated from the first year from the sales of Carbon Credits, ROC’s, REC’s etc
From the second year of completion revenue will started from the all the other
developments and production (Electricity, biodiesel–motor fuel, timber, paper, etc.).
The estimated annual IRR will be ranging from 37% to over 100% and the
potential for dividends to Investors as early as the end of the second year.
It is financial viable without subsidies even if the crude oil prices will drop to USD $
24 per barrel
Additionally, our Closed Loop Energy production System, which melts the trees
rather than burning them, will retain all carbon dioxide generated by the production
process and will reduce emissions in the energy production field by 100%.
UAE's greenhouse gas emissions in 2013 point out that
the country's transport sector is responsible for 22% of
the total emissions, amounting to 44.6 million tonnes of
carbon dioxide. Use a mix of our cellulosic high octane
ethanol ( 122 octane) and normal fossil fuel (E85) will
reduce the emissions by approximately 91% or
(40.6 millions tonnes of CO2 less) as compared to
conventional gasoline, while the electricity generation
process will generate zero emissions, making it a
model for environmental protection..

1. The yearly production of the “Anagenesis Ecosystem” (in MWH) is 4 times
more than the yearly electricity production of the Shams 1.
2. The running cost of the “Anagenesis Ecosystem“ is a fraction of the Nuclear at
Barakah and less than the CPS–Shams. Therefore, the cost per MWh is less.
3. “Anagenesis Ecosystem” has zero environmental risks and hazards compared
with the Nuclear Plants.
4. “Anagenesis Ecosystem” can be spitted for better geographical use. The trees can
be closed to industrial or Residential areas in order to use the gray or
contaminated water and the energy factory to be closed to the existing
distribution infrastructure. The Nuclear plant and the CSP–Shams 1 requires
new and very costly distribution infrastructure.
5. “Anagenesis Ecosystem” improves direct the Environment by generate massive
amounts of oxygen improving the air quality and reducing the Carbon emissions.
6. “Anagenesis Ecosystem” simultaneously will support many extra ventures i.e.
factories for timber, paper, healthcare, recreation areas, laboratories etc.

UAE predicted annual peak electrical demand by the year 2020 would be more than
40,000MW.
• The 4 Nuclear power plants at Al Barakah, by the end of 2020-2025, will
produce max 5,600MW with a lot of environmental and social risks.
• The solar power plants, by the end of 2020 -2025 will produce 1,000MW
THE ONLY SOLUTION IS THE ANAGENESIS POWER PLANTS
With LESS than the cost of the 4 Nuclear power plants at Al Barakah we can produce
by 2020 more than 8,000MW (More than 42% extra power from the Nuclear Power stations
with less investment, less time to be implement and with NO risk) of clear GREEN energy.
This represents the 20% of UAE’s peak electrical demand and can be increased to
cover more demand every year.
