Regardless of your skill or experience, or how well you relate to employees, you’re likely to be faced with complaints from time to time. Handling complaints is difficult, but it is a necessary part of your job, and you need to do it correctly. Today, you’ll hear some useful suggestions that can help make this challenging task easier and more likely to end in a positive result for all.
