Dear Sir or Madam:
I come to the responsibility of preparing comments on behalf of Mr. Kyle Fischer with
sincerity, and with hope that I might be able to accurately describe his attributes, his strengths
and his humane outlook on life. To better understand this extraordinary person it is appropriate
that I tell you that I feel I know him well from multiple dimensions.
I have observed Mr. Fischer in several environments. They range from his athletic
endeavors, where he has demonstrated his ability to be an outstanding leader, teammate, and
friend, to social occasions where he associates with friends as an understanding human being,
and even further to various assignments where he grapples with demanding everyday issues as a
current professional baseball player and former student intern in the Hamline athletic
department. In short, I know Mr. Fischer sufficiently enough to estimate his personal and
professional characteristics, the orientation from which he springs, and the intense interest he
holds in becoming a future leader in athletic administration or business.
In summation, Kyle is a person who will provide the kind of work ethic and leadership
that is required of administrators at colligate and professional levels. A significant attribute of
Mr. Fischer’s is that you will find others very responsive to him. My knowledge of his abilities,
his standards, and his competencies can do no less than prompt me to support him avidly for an
opportunity within any organization. Through his young career, Mr. Fischer has shown that he is
willing to work extremely hard to achieve success. Any opportunity given to Mr. Kyle Fischer
will surely not be wasted.
Best regards,
Jason V. Verdugo
