I am writing this letter of recommendation for Kundan Karna who started his career with our
organization, Human Factors International, Inc. as an International Accounting Manager and was later
promoted to Financial Controller and Director of International Accounting.
As a department lead of Central Accounting, Kundan was responsible for completing the monthly
consolidation of financial statements, managing international subsidiaries' accounting and finance
functions, year-end audits and financial reporting of the entire group company.
Kundan has always excelled in his performance. During his tenure with us, he developed central
accounting system to manage foreign subsidiaries and improved internal control system for efficient and
smooth functioning of the department. Among his several great contributions to the organization, one
of his significant accomplishments was able to recover more than $300,000 of delinquent tax refunds
from the Indian tax department.
I am impressed by his strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking with great
analytical skills. He has been a respected member of our staff who is always willing to help his team
members and solve their problems with positive attitude. As a responsible employee, he never missed a
deadline of any given projects. His strong sense of responsibility drives him to be an invaluable
employee.
