1. Taste-Testing Different Artificial Sweeteners
Objective: To allow participants to try out products and decide if any would be suitable
for their own use.

3. Strawberries will be used for the fruit section. A whole strawberry is not
necessary to test each sweetener so a piece will be enough. Each participant will be
given 4 small serving containers with a letter marked on them. Inside each container will
be a strawberry chunk and each will be sprinkled with a different artificial sweetener.
After tasting all the strawberry samples, they will mark their choice on the evaluation
sheet.
For the tea section, iced tea will be used. Each participant will receive 4 small
cups with a letter marked on them, each containing tea that has been made with a
different artificial sweetener. After tasting all the tea samples, they will mark their choice
on the evaluation sheet.
For the coleslaw section, coleslaw will be used. Each participant will be give 4 serving
containers with letters marked on them, each containing a sample of coleslaw made with
a different artificial sweetener. After tasting all the coleslaw samples, they will mark their
choice on the evaluation sheet
