Having an experience of over 30 years in the field of finance and accountancy, CA S.K. Singhal has provided his
consultancy services to about 100 odd projects ranging in the fields of Furnaces, Rolling Mills, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles,
Cycles, Footwears, Chemicals etc. and raised them from scratch to top notches. Mr. Singhal has been a part of all the major
developments, be it development of infrastructure, promotion of industries, or the social development that have taken place in
Bhiwadi over the past many years.
Mr. Sunil Agarwal (Managing Director)
After mastering the trade of cement and steel and providing sturdy foundations to more than a thousand

Krish Vatika: The project is spread over 14.8 beeghas of land approx. The Phase-I of the project started in the mid 2007 and the
possession of all the 160 flats in a S+10 structure had been offered by the company in the 1st quarter of 2011. The Phase-II of Krish Vatika
consisting 244 flats was launched during the mid of 2011 and had offered possession by Nov.2013 in a record time of 22 Months. 6 Star

Krish City I: The Group came out with its 2nd project, Krish City which was in the affordable segment. The project consisted of around 540
