Wiz Infrastructure started in 2005 as a modest but strong, multi-
disciplinary organization, with diverse interests in Infrastructure
Development, Residential Construction, Real Estate Development.
In the Residential Construction Business, long-term relationships
and repeat orders with many of the reputed clients are testimony to
the quality and value of services offered by Wiz Infrastructure.
In the real estate space, The Wiz Infrastructure is known for new
concepts in residential development, including innovative design
and structure, modern and new amenities, quality construction and
timely delivery. Wiz Infrastructure has received ‘best affordable
homes award from STCP DEHRADUN rated as a best builder
award for Real Estate Development’ signifying its commitment to
delivering quality product. We have a real estate operations in Delhi
NCR.
7. The group also has a substantial presence in the liasoning and
marketing segment mainly for obtaining licenses from DTCP Haryana
and DDA Delhi for group housing and commercial developments .we
are currently working as a marketing partner for M.K. Aromatics in all
over India submitting proposals for grant partnering Indian
Government in SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN we have submitted
proposals in Punjab, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand ,municipal
corporation of Delhi and DDA.

11. ABOUT L-ZONE
Parts of Outer Delhi which were earlier identified by Delhi
Development Authority (L-Zone) for land pooling are
being considered for being converted into an integrated
‘Smart City’. This comes on the heels of directives proposed
by the Urban Development ministry so as to decongest
commercial centers of the National Capital. In this regard
about 24,000 hectares of land across areas in Outer Delhi
like Kanjhawala, Narela and Najafgarh would be acquired
for developing the ‘Smart City’. Among other features, the
designated areas would have high frequency mass
transport, 100 per cent power supply, uninterrupted water
supply and 100 per cent internet connectivity.
