At once, you just readied, the content of our project, ‘reVitaliZe ME in Ibiza’, a 3-day & 2-night
‘employer branding’ project at the inspiring island of Ibiza, which has for sure more to offer then just a
vibrant nightlife scene …with her amazing sunset views, stunning locations & mysterious spots like Es
Vedra or the tip of the long lost city of Atlantis?!
!
Personnel development will be applied by Karen Dejongh of ‘Start to Market’, building impactfull
relations through the ENNEAGRAM Personality Model in 4 x session during Day 1. A discovery tour by
Jeeps in self-drive on Day 2 will enhance the image of Ibiza as more then just a party island … allthough
we can’t deny that Ibiza stays one of the ultimate playgrounds for a vibrant party, for which we invited
live band & DJ collective extraordinaire ‘Cookies And Cream’ for a night in Klub Cookies, their very
own party concept with the best live music, uplifting grooves & the wildest DJ-hooks!!

A relaxing last day with a debrief on the educationnel sessions & a detox bike tour will lead us to return,
fully reVitaliZed of new insights, personnel enrichment & interesting networking!!

5. Building Impactfull Relations through the ENNEAGRAM Personality Model
Teamcoaches Karen Dejongh & Oliver Schelinski are looking for a personality inventory of each
participant by using the ENNEAGRAM model who’s describing 9 different types of personality with
their value drivers and talents.!

Once you are able to know your type, you will increase your personal impact tremendously in your
communication. Moreover, by identifying the type of your colleagues, superior or clients, you will be
able to transform them into your biggest fans!!
!
This educational program runs during the first day from arrival till evening, in 2 x sessions with a break
in between. There is an interaction at all time with the participants through questionnaires, movies &
play-acts!!
