Objectives:
• To verify the information consisting upon the Voter who is representing his/her UC and Town
• To verify the Legal ID of the Voter based as CNIC/CRC/Youth Card/Birth-Certificate/CSO,s Verification-
Letter/Government School Verification-Letter/Any Government attested Verification-Letter to check
the residency and age of the Voter
• To verify and cross check the detail given as Polling Station-Polling Booth, UC, Town, Home Address,
Contact Number
• To verify and cross check with the submitted forms the Voter sex, his/her names
• To verify and cross Check of the Voter ID which given and written on every submitted form

2. Graphical Description of verification Detail:

Findings:
• Registration is started from the November 06,2014 and total number of registered voter is
7437 out of 250000.
• Total Male Voters is registered is 5324 out of 12450.
• Total Female Voters is registered is 2112 out of 12450.
• Total Minorities/Transgender is registered 01 out of 1000.
• 41 registered forms is found and verified with no Date of Birth in which 22 is Male Voters and
19 is Female Voters counted.
• 08 registered forms detail is verified as “ 0 ” age of the Voters and these all are Male Voters.
• Age between 16____20 is observed as 50% of the total Voters. And age between 24____26 is
observed as 50% of the total Voters.
• The registered number of total voters 7437 is only covered 38 UCs out of 126 UCs. There is
still no data entered surrounded from the rest of 88 UCs.
• Over age registration is still observing and also DEO entered the registration detail of them
continuously. There are 18 Males and 06 Females of 30 years old, 08 Males of 31 years old, 01
Male of 32 years old, 04 Males of and 01 Female of 33 years old, 01 Male of 34 years old and
01 male of 38 years old entered as Voter by DEO.
• 38 UCs is covered from total 126 UCs for the Voter Registration is observed.
• 133 Polling Stations are registered out of total number of 510 Polling Stations till today.
