About the role
Providing commercial advice on all compliance matters that are driven by both the FCA and the OFT for a lending
business Design and build appropriate operational controls to ensure adherence to relevant legislation Advising the
business on a regular basis in regards to regulatory matters Providing guidance and oversight to 3rd parties to ensure a
compliant environment Designing a suite of MI to inform management of regulatory risks Keep up to date with regulatory
developments - horizon scanning
What we're looking for
Working knowledge of FCA and key Retail regulation Ability to deliver and implement operational and regulatory projects
across Compliance and the business Knowledge of CCA Excellent communication skills Delivery focussed with a practical
approach to solutions
