With over ten years experience in the
events industry, we decided to start our
own company, Vanila Exclusive Event
M a n a g e m e n t . D r a w i n g o n o u r p a s t
experience, we ensure all our events

Vanila always strives for perfection. We
understand that each of our client’s needs

provides a whole host of different team

night/weekend away or an add-on to a
conference or meeting, we create it, we
coordinate it, we do it! Vanila's team
building events include: Dough Day, The
Culinary Cook-Off, GPRS Challenge, Make
it Wear It Work It, Capture the Fun – photo
dress up shoot, The Biking Angels and

6. 'Vanila managed three of the pre test dinner events for HSBC
during the Lions Tour to South Africa, providing a rst class, memorable
experience for the 900 VIP guests. The team from Vanila were friendly,

7. Family Days
Family days are a great and memorable
way to reward staff and allow families to
interact with fellow employees and
clients. Vanila has a wealth of experience
when it comes to organising Family days,
catering from 100 – 2,000 attendees. We
offer the skills, knowledge and experience
to work from conception through to
completion, to advise and inspire. We
manage all aspects of the event, from
catering, entertainment, shows, activities,
marquees and security. 'Great things are

Whether you choose your own venue or
o n e o f o u r b e a u t i f u l l y s e l e c t e d
conference venues, Vanila organises
everything; from formal set up board room
style to a more informal rustic venue in the
wine lands or surrounds. We provide all
technical equipment, video conference
facilities and attend to all the ner details.
Vanila regularly organises conferences
t h a t r e q u i r e a d d i t i o n a l s e r v i c e s ,
especially if clients are from overseas or for
national clients. This includes ights,
accommodation, transportation and full
itineraries for the delegates' stay.

Functions
Vanila provides complete event planning
services to a host of private functions such
a s w e d d i n g s , a n n i v e r s a r i e s ,
engagements, dinner parties and kid's
parties. No party is too big or too small.
We assist in nding the perfect venue or
can transform your poolside villa into a
Balinese palace or your private home into
an elegant setting perfect for a party! We
can create a private function for any
occasion.
