Vi Lin Kho worked a volunteer shift at Swingamajig Festival on Sunday 1st
May on
the sustainability team. Her roles included:
 Practical activities to help reduce the environmental impacts of the event
 Doing questionnaires with attendees on their travel to the event
 Engaging with the events sustainable practices such as the re-usable cup
scheme and separated waste streams
 Assisting with the maintenance of the event site
Livvy Drake (Sustainability team leader) said “Vi Lin Kho joined the sustainability
team for Swingamajig Festival. She was keen, hardworking and applied herself
enthusiastically to all of the tasks requested. It was a pleasure having her on the
team. ”
Vi Lin Kho was smiling throughout her shift and represented Swingamajig well during
the event. Her great attitude and dedication to her role gives her great potential to
develop further in a career. We would love to have her back again next year.
