1. ENTREPRENEURS’ TUTORIAL

2. • Log on to the site www.niinue.com and choose
ENTREPRENEUR to navigate the platform as
an entrepreneur.

3. • Upon choosing entrepreneur, you will find a
financial window popup. Read and cancel the
window to proceed.
• On the entrepreneur landing page, watch the
videos under WHY NIINUE FOR YOU THE
ENTREPRENEUR to learn how you will benefit
by taking up a Niinue account.
• Watch the TRENDING VIDEOS to get a
highlight of the enterprises that other
entrepreneurs have brought to the platform.

4. • Click on the INFORMATION PACK to know why
and how Niinue was developed and how it is
suited for you.
• Click the TUTORIAL to know how to navigate
the platform.

5. • Click on REGISTER to key in your details. Note
that it is necessary to read the Terms and
Conditions before agreeing to them. Kindly note
the registration fee payment details on the left
of the registration form. All entrepreneurs pay a
registration fee of Kshs 2,500.
• Submit your details and your approval will take
not more than 48hrs.
• You will receive an email with a system
generated password once your membership
has been approved. Click the link on the email
to access the login panel where you will be
expected to change your password then login
to your account.

6. • Upon login to your account, a panel will appear
where you will be expected to choose the
sectors that you are interested in.
• An explanation is given for every sector for your
understanding.
• Upon submitting this, you will be allowed to go
to the home page.

7. • Upon landing on the Home page, the
entrepreneur should visit the INCUBATOR, in
order to learn about entrepreneurship and the
right way to conduct a successful funding
campaign.

8. • Once you have thorough knowledge of what
entrepreneurship entails, you can now head to
the application button and put up your
application for funding. This will take 48 hours
to be approved.
• Once the application has been approved, the
entrepreneur will then head to the listing stage
and click on listing.

9. • The listing section has three different stages
1. Core documentation – the entrepreneur
uploads the business plan, the profit/loss
accounts, and projected balanced sheet. Once
that is approved the second stage is activated.
2. Contract. The entrepreneur will sign the
appropriate contract between him/her and the
platform and upload the signed copy. This is
reviewed then the next stage is activated

10. 3. Pitch. This is the part where the entrepreneur
uploads the pitch. The different costs of making
pitches for the entrepreneur.
Pitch A gives you Poster and 5 – 10 minute audio
and costs Kshs 5,000
Pitch B gives you Poster and 5 – 10 minute video
and costs Kshs 10,000
Pitch C gives you Poster and 10 – 20 minute
video and costs Kshs 15,000

11. • The entrepreneur will upload the receipt for
payment or MPESA code and the pitch video
production will be organized.
• The entrepreneur will also be provided with
services of guidance regarding the qualities of
the pitches and assistance developing the pitch.
• In case the entrepreneur needs this service, for
Pitch A it will cost him Kshs. 500, Pitch B is
Kshs. 1000, and Pitch C is kshs. 2500. For this
approval to be complete, the entrepreneur must
pay up the amounts in order for them to be
scheduled for the shooting of the pitch The
payment will be confirmed before approval.

12. • The video pitches will be approved by the admin
and the pitch can go live
• By going to the active campaign button, the
entrepreneur should see the live campaign and
be able to see the grading and queries from
investors which he should be able to respond.
• Under shareholder matters, the entrepreneur will
be able to upload information regarding
available opportunities for employment,
directorship, and preferential bidding

13. • Upon clicking MESSAGES, this should allow
the entrepreneur to receive messages from the
admin. For instance, if a campaign has gotten
maximum funding, the admin should able to
send you a message notifying you of the next
stage. You will be able to see the under
messages and also on your personal email.
