Speedy Learning: Best Practices in Accelerated Online Instructional Design
Randy's LOR
1. To whom it may concern:
I have known Kenneth David for almost eight years as both a student as well as a
technical instructor for ITT Technical College. Ken excelled as a student, having served
as both his Wide-Area-Network Instructor and his Database Development instructor at
ITT Technical College in Portland, OR. I believe Ken would be an excellent addition to
any organization. Kenneth David Was employed from July 30th, 2014 until September 6th,
20t6.
While a student at iTT Technical College, Ken always challenges himself academically.
He is an active participant in class discussions, and grasps material quickly. He has
superb technical as well as written and verbal skills that are a pleasure for any instructor
to encounter. Ken has natural leadership potential, as proven during team projects. Ken is
quick to organize and ensure the project is completed on time and it exceeds project and
class requirements.
As an instructor, Ken exceeded expectations in all aspects of the job. He consistently
received high rankings from the students and management and quickly became pivotal in
the degree programs success. Ken's success rate in the classroom is directly related to his
involvement and dedication to the students. His student centered approach to instruction
led to some of the highest attendance and greatest academic achievements in the school.
Ken would bring so much to your orgarization, both inside and outside of the business. If
you have any questions regarding Ken's qualifications, please feel free to contact me at
