To Whom It May Concern:
Kelsey Pederson worked on-site at the FDIC in Arlington, VA. for the past year and a half as a
contract employee. She worked directly for me in the FDIC Transportation Unit as a Parking
and Transit Subsidy Assistant. When she first started she had no real knowledge of how to
manage a parking program or a transit subsidy program, but she was an avid learner. Within a
very short time she had learned both systems, and over the course of time she developed
some innovative new approaches that we still utilize today.
Kelsey was an asset to the Transportation Unit. She was always cheerful and willing to assist
with any task. I initially brought Kelsey on board to assist while my Transportation Specialist
was out on maternity leave. Kelsey caught on to the job so quickly that I decided to keep her
on full-time as long as I could.
rtunately, we no longer have her services. She will be missed and I highly recommend her
to an future employer.
