I'm the Sunday Business editor at The Washington Post, where I assign and edit stories about
business, economics and finance. I'm a fan of stories that help us make sense of the world --
that explain how something happened and why it matters. They are likely to inform or
inspire. They might even change your mind about something important. I'm a writer's editor
-- that is, I work for the writer. And together, we work for the big boss: the reader. I edit
stories about big personalities and big ideas that span the worlds of business, energy,
technology, money, taxes, Wall Street, economics, policy and leadership.
