I am a dynamic team leader who always takes my coworkers’ feedback into consideration.
Helping customers get the best experience possible while representing a company or brand is not
only what I’m good at, but also what I’m passionate about. I’ve worked 5+ years in crafting the
ideal customer experience at a variety of places ranging from e-commerce companies like Fab to
small tech hardware startups like Karma. Whether it’s ironing out any troubleshooting issues or
representing the customer’s voice internally, I adapt easily to whatever challenges appear.
Since I’ve experienced what it’s like to work on a tiny team and also as part of a large CX
division, I’m good at pinpointing what needs to happen in order to develop people into becoming
a true advocate for the customer.
For my next steps, I’m looking to join a team that’s dedicated to beautiful work and customer-
focused business. I have a very high work ethic and also thrive in a team environment. I am a
dedicated individual who possesses the integrity and creative spirit needed to be a part of an
innovative company. My education, experience, and talents/abilities have equipped me to be a
