Katie Thomas was employed at SVS Veterinary Supplies Ltd as a Customer Services person from August 2011
to April 2013. We are a veterinary wholesaling business with three branches nationwide in New Zealand.
Katie’s duties were diverse and included taking care of her own telephone client base and building up a good
working relationship with them in which she was always competent and professional. Prime functions included
sales order computer entry and responding to a diverse range of queries.
Katie has a bright and cheerful personality, an enthusiastic and cooperative approach to her work and always
willing to put her hand to any task. She would assist in our warehouse on occasions helping to pick orders when
they were very busy. Katie took on extra duties of managing the company Facebook page as well as producing a
regular in house staff newsletter for everyone to enjoy reading. She is proficient in using Microsoft Xcel
Katie will be a reliable and conscientious member of any team. She leaves us to take up new challenges in
Australia which I wish her all the very best in.
