They provide complete watch assemblies with customization options for dials, cases, and sourcing some parts from other suppliers. Their after-sales service network supports warranty and maintenance for watches containing Vaucher movements.

We will build a complete watch which will come with a 24 month
warranty and full after sales servicing.
C O M P O N E N T S
If you want to add a personal touch to your watch it is possible
to use your own suppliers for some parts. Choose one of our
movements along with the parts you want to supply and we will
take care of the rest.
If by example you have your case supplier, just send us the case
adapted to our movement and we will construct the other parts
according to your specifications. We will look after the complete
assembly of your Swiss watch including dials and hands.

We are setting up an after-sales service network to perform
maintenance and work under warranty for our products.
Watches fitted with Vaucher movements can be inspected and
serviced by recognized workshops which are familiar with our
mechanisms.
We cooperate closely with those workshops to provide spare
parts, warranty assistance and maintain the quality of watches
incorporating calibres made in Fleurier.
The creation of these remote centres is an innovative step through
which we support the activity of your particular brand: technical
assistance for your clients on your principal markets.
