Re: Kat Kreis, RN
Ms. Kreis has worked for Concentra since May, 2014 most recently in the role of
Clinical Content Manager. She has been instrumental in our efforts to locate,
process, review, update, consolidate, and migrate thousands of documents from our
internal website and our learning management system to Sharepoint and Alfresco
(our new Knowledge Management system). These documents include policies,
procedures, guidance documents, and informational pieces. In that capacity, she
has had to interact closely with numerous physician members of our Medical Expert
Panels and our Clinical Content Committee as well as our Knowledge Management
colleagues. She has also supported and contributed to our oversight of regulatory
compliance in several crucial areas. In addition, Kat has developed a process for,
and issued timely communication “alerts” to our clinician community for matters of
urgent and emergent status, such as during the Ebola crisis, allowing us to stay
ahead of developing problems.
Kat is congenial, flexible, and highly professional. She is both reliable and team-
oriented, and has prioritized her projects well, resulting in on-time delivery of her work
product. She is very knowledgeable in the area of informatics, which has been an
essential skillset for success in her current role.
I have very much enjoyed the opportunity to work with her, and am sorry that her role
has been eliminated. It is with pleasure that I recommend her to your organization.
