FIX INFRASTRUCTURE ROUTING TO SALES AND TRADING
Fix Infrastructure Routing to Sales and Trading (FIRST) is a trade routing application
in which Orders are routed through FIRST to different downstream applications via
different flows to be executed in the exchange. Orders are sent from Client
Simulator to OMS (PUMA, DPT, CTI, STOMP etc.) via. FIRST using different models
such as DTM (Direct to Model), WO (Work orders), DMA(Direct Market Access) etc.
and then to the exchange. It helps in proper routing of the orders to the respective
applications and exchange.
