Contract: W912ER-12-C-0040, Alpha Ramp Complex; contracted with the US Army Corps of
Engineers, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan from 28 September 2012 to 23 November 2014. The
Contract, consisted of constructing a C-130J-30 capable fabric maintenance hangar, pre­
engineered aircraft maintenance shops, a pre-engineered warehouse, rigger shed and an
expansion to an existing vehicle maintenance facility, within Bagram Airfield. Mr. Khan's
excellent Safety Skills, Attention to Details, and overall Professionalism was instrumental in
providing our Customer and End Users with an excellent Complex, at the completion of this
Contract. Overall, Mr. Khan has proven to be of high Integrity, Technically Proficient an
