This document describes the Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) yoga pose. To perform it, one stands in Tadasana and lifts the bent left leg towards the buttock while grasping the foot with the left hand. The torso is then bent forward and the right arm reaches out parallel to the floor as the left leg lifts up parallel to the floor as well. Holding for 30 seconds strengthens the back, shoulders, arms, hips and legs. Those with heart, blood pressure, back or digestive issues should avoid this pose.
