I worked with Karl Helm in order to procure a Proof of Concept implementation of the
PerfectForms Enterprise electronic forms and work flow solution. This process took some time
because of the complicated procurement process within my company. During the 6 months of
internal negotiations with our Information Technology department as well as PerfectForms, Karl
was consistently very responsive to our needs as a customer. Three months ago, my company
decided to move forward with the purchase of a Proof of Concept license. Since that time, Karl
has continued to provide the very best support that a customer could hope for.
As we continue our ongoing negotiations with PerfectForms regarding an Enterprise license,
Karl has continued to be very helpful and extremely responsive. Based upon our evaluation of
the Proof of Concept, all of the key elements of the application have met our needs. However,
there is a list of enhancement requests that my company would like to see implemented before
we move forward with an Enterprise purchase. Karl has fully understood those needs and has
been a strategic player during the negotiations between my company and PerfectForms.
