Disability is any restriction of lack of ability
to perform an activity in the manner or within the
range considered normal for a human being.
অর্যাৎ প্রতিবন্ধীিা হঘলা যকান কমযকান্ড সম্পাদন করার জনয যকান
বাাঁ ধা বা সমঘর্যযর অভাব, র্া একজন মানুঘের জনয স্বাসভাতবক বঘল তবঘবতিি

A term used to describe an individual whose
specific physical or mental condition or infirmity
limits his or her ability to carry out certain
responsibilities. The condition may be temporary or
permanent, it may be partial or total.

Disability refers exclusively to a chronic
medical condition or physical or mental impairment
for others disability is the functional consequence
of chronic mental or physical conditions and still
others disability is the by people with different
functional ability. Dispute those various definitions
of disabilities, there appears to be some
consensus that person with a disability can have
either a permanent physical or mental impairment
or chronic health or mental condition. 5

প্রতিবন্ধী/ প্রতিবন্ধী বযতির সংজ্ঞা
The person who is physically or mentally
unfit or physically or mentally detective is a disable
person.
যকান বযতির শারীতরক বা মানতসক অসমর্যিা বা শারীতরক বা মানতসক
অসমর্যিা র্াঘক িঘব যসই বযতিঘক প্রতিবন্ধী বযতি বলা হে।
অর্যাৎ প্রতিবন্ধীিা সম্পূর্য বযতিঘক বলা হে প্রতিবন্ধী বা প্রতিবন্ধী বযতি।
