Commissioners should apply these changes to PMS and
APMS contracts except where locally negotiated contracts
provide for a different approach
The weighted list size to be used (or raw list if specified in the
contract) will typically be the list size at the beginning of the
quarter prior to the commencement of the financial year e.g. 1
January 2020 (unless the contract specifies a different date)

As the uplift in respect of the MPIG reinvestment is a
redistribution of GMS funds it is not applied to PMS and APMS
contracts
The cash value of the out of hours (OOH) deduction for opted-
out PMS or APMS practices is £4.46 per weighted patient
(unless the contract specifies using the raw list for the
calculation)
As with GMS, the amount to be paid per QoF point has
increased to £194.83 as a result of the adjustment to the
Contractor Population Index (CPI)
