My Auntie was an excellent baker and her typical dessert dish was
Chocolate Cake. She loved to assemble it for me and the rest of my
family. As a kid, I thought she was the best baker in the world. Times have
changed, she passed away due to uncertain circumstances but her recipe
will live on forever.

The dish was chosen because of the amount of excitement it brought to
me. I was so thrilled to devour the piece of cake that was waiting for me
at the table. That was my family members favorite dessert dish. Also, it
was tasted like heaven(I don’t know what heaven looks like). In. addition,
we had a lot of family in the house so small pieces were a requirement for
everybody. Most of the time, there were debates and arguments over the
biggest piece of the cake.

Chocolate Cake brought a unconditional love to everyone in my family. There
were family reunions where cake was their. Mostly, it was a great time to be
alive. I loved enjoying it with my family and playing activities with them.

function created for us. When my aunt died, I stayed connected with her
through cake. To me, that was the best thing ever for me.

In 1764, Chocolate was created by a man by the name of Dr. James Baker. Chocolate was
created from a Theobroma Cacao Tree. Chocolate Cake wasn’t created until 1879, by a man
named Rodolphe Lindt. He left his machines running all weekend to come back one day to
discover chocolate cake.

10. Chocolate Cake were lighter than the cakes we see now. The reason is for
smaller use of sugar and cocoa. In the 1980’s chocolate cakes were very
popular. Cakes included flavors like tea, curry, red pepper, passionfruit and
champagne.

keep cake in the fridge after done eating to keep it moist and
fresh. Always serve cake at room temperature first, so anything
does not get messed up.

14. As of now, I continue to share the legacy of chocolate cake to honor the death
of all of my loved ones. Assembling the cake for family functions as well. It was
very important for me to learn how to make it due to my history in baking. I
wasn’t a good baker at all. I just kept striving to learn and grow.
