Breakfast is an investmentfor a healthy future!Ideally, w e should breakthe fast as soon as w e wake up. What if w e
breakfast w ithin an hour? The benefits are still not compromised. After an overnight fast, our body needs to energise. Breaking
the fast on time, keeps us up and running the w hole day. If w e breakfast around lunchtime, body can definitely drag it till then,
