PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Job App offers the possibility of managing maintenance jobs
through mobile devices. This reduces the administrative time
needed in front of a computer. The job list shown in the app is
easily customised to individual needs. All jobs can be exported to
your mobile device – giving you a complete and updated job list at
hand at all times.
The user can create jobs from scratch and use templates for stan-
dard jobs. It is possible to activate and finalise jobs from the mobile
device.
Each job has a short job description and includes details about the
related component and latest feedback. Even documents can be
read from the mobile device. When reporting back on jobs, users
can write a note, register time and add consumed spare parts or
photos.
The mobile device can navigate the user to the component by use
of GPS. QR codes and barcode scanning of Sertica components and
spare parts are supported.
Offline use is supported and internet is only necessary for synchro-
nising with Sertica.
