To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to offer my strongest possible support for the nomination of Mr. Justin Gualtieri for
employment with your organization. Justin is a dedicated young man who would make an
outstanding candidate for this opportunity.
I initially met Justin when he became one of the first students to join my Senate Youth Advisory
Council. He frequently attended the monthly meetings where he would showcase his leadership
abilities in front of his peers by consistently offering his opinions on multiple existing bills that, if
adopted, could have an impact, either positive or negative, on our youth.
I have had the privilege of getting to know Justin further during his internship experience in my
office at the Massachusetts State House in Boston. During his time here, Justin has conducted
several intensive research projects on numerous topics that have ultimately assisted the degree to
which I am able to provide legislative representation to my senatorial district. I can say, without
reservation, that Justin is a very capable young man with a superior work ethic and a strong
commitment to public service.
I know that you are seeking talented and motivated applicants who demonstrate strong leadership
capabilities and work ethic. To that end, I am confident that Justin possesses the attributes and
character which would enable him to succeed with your organization. Justin’s academic
performance, extra and co-curricular involvements are extraordinary. For these reasons, I am
pleased to offer my unwavering support for Mr. Justin Gualtieri’s nomination. If I can offer any
further information in support of Justin’s application, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
RICHARD T. MOORE
