Julie leads students through classes that link breath and
movement to increase strength, flexibility and balance in
the body and focus in the mind. Her yoga style combines
basic and intermediate poses in a flowing Vinyasa style.
She really enjoys introducing yoga to beginners, especially
those who think they could never do Yoga, creating a wel-
coming atmosphere of fun in each class.
