3. “Everyone of us was a teenager,
but no one
can say for sure why it is so
difficult to be a teenager”.
4. Good afternoon to
everyone,
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Vladimir
Pyavka and I study at a
local school number 75.
Today, I want to represent
the book which impressed
me greatly. The title of the
book is “50 days before my
suicide” by Stace Kramer.
5. Stace Kramer wrote her answer to Jay Asher’s
book and her book discloses deeper why it is so
difficult to be a teenager and why teenagers suffer
so much from loneliness and lack of
understanding
6. “Parents often talk about the
younger generation as if they didn’t
have anything to do with it”.
7. Teenagers have so many problems,
conflicts with parents, fear of loneliness, the
problem of coming into adulthood,
physiological problems, the problem of
unequal opportunities.
All that problems are very burning and that
is why it is so hard for teenagers to find
mutual understanding with parents and
other people who around them.
8. The book is written by teenager for teenagers.
Teenagers often have low self-esteem, many of
them are not satisfied with their appearance. A lot
of teenagers are afraid of loneliness. Most
teenagers see adult life as a life full of freedom,
independence and great opportunities.
9. This book is like a mirror where everyone can find
or recognize oneself with one own troubles and
fears. So everybody will find something useful in
this book, some pieces of advice, how to behave
or overcome life difficulties.
Only very few
of them
realize all the
responsibility
they would
have in their
adult life.
10. Thank you ever so
much for your
attention.
Have a nice day!
