3. After solidifying itself as a top design outlet, The MoMA Design Store, 53rd street location, will undergo a
months-long renovation. The renovation, designed by UK-based architecture firm Lumsden Design in tandem with
Gensler Architects, will relaunch the store with an elevated new look. Architects from both Lumsden and Gensler
will design a new floorplan and layout for the store, creating a new light-filled space. The store will feature custom
design elements, including bespoke merchandising display systems, allowing flexability when showing the various
tech, style, kitchen, and home collections within the store, enhancing the store’s overall appearance and user
experience.
Camron PR began its partnership with the MoMA Design Store in May 2014 with the launch of Kickstarter x MoMA
timed to New York Design Week. Since then, Camron has worked alongside MoMA to create and execute several
successful events including the bi-annual press previews and launch events, among others, as well as worked to
build a dignified name for the brand in the American press
