Key Achievements:-
• Turned the branch around from a declining position in 2008 to
consistently exceeding Net Income objectives from 2009 to present.
• All Financial objectives have been met from February 2012 to date,
based on coaching supervisory staff to maintain high standards of
performance and creating an atmosphere of Teamwork, excellent
customer service and commitment to the job.
• I also forge new relationships and maintain profitable business
relationships with the Real Estate Agents and Car Dealers in Tobago.
