Mad grew up in a small business home where his father has run a construc4on
company for over 30+ years. He has worked on joint ventures in the boa4ng,
skateboard and educa4on industries. He has provided strategic consul4ng to
mul4ple start-ups. He has also spent part of his career as a business analyst in the
Real Estate Financial industry. He holds an MBA and Bachelors in Management from
Pepperdine University. He has been married for 4 years and resides in Orange
County, California.
Nobel Change – CTO/Co-Founder
Nobel for the past 4 years has worked for a solar energy start up US Topco Energy,
Inc. as the Vice President of Development. In his posi4on he has been responsible
for developing a 350 megawad commercial project and several other interna4onal
projects. He holds an MBA and Bachelors in Management from Pepperdine
University. He currently lives in Pasadena, California.
