ISSUES/CONCERNS/CHALLENGES STRATEGY
Student-labor leading to:
1. late submission of weekly SLMs;
2. parents or siblings answer the student SLMs; and
3. pay somebody to answer the SLMs.
 Call up parents right-away and reorientation of
Parents-Family role in answering SLM in time of the
pandemic.
 Meeting with the parents/guardians together with
the guidance counselor.
Technology Integrated activities found in the SLM
makes it hard for some students to cope up.
 Contextualization and Localization of the SLM is
made in order to accommodate students having less
resources in technology.
Student follow-ups and coaching is hard due to
communication barriers.
 Home visitation and face-to-face follow-up during
the distribution of modules.
ISSUES/CONCERNS/CHALLENGES STRATEGY
Early pregnancy among students in this time is
rampant.
 Face-to-face conference with the student,
parents and teachers with the guidance
counselor.
Classroom renovations in order to prepare the
classrooms in the face-to-face classes.
 Launching of the quarterly “Bayanihan sa
Kalikasan at Kaligtasan”.
Technical Assistance to students in the different
learning areas.
 Making use of online messaging tools, face-to-
face mentoring/coaching.
Availability of classrooms in the preparation of
the face-to-face classes.
 Request the Office of the Municipal Mayor to
once again turn-over the SHS premise back to
school in order to be utilize.
Risk of transmitting COVID19 virus among the
stakeholders in distributing and submitting
SLMs.
 Strictly follow health protocols for COVID19
pandemic.

Partnership with the parents/guardians, LGU, Alumni and other
stakeholders
Monthly Year Level faculty meeting for updating and follow-ups.
Regular monitoring on struggling learners’ performance to plan for
interventions if needed
Conduct of quarterly “Bayanihan sa Kalikasan at Kaligtasan”.

ISSUES/CONCERNS/CHALLENGES STRATEGY Student-labor leading to: 1. late submission of weekly SLMs; 2. parents or siblings answer the student SLMs; and 3. pay somebody to answer the SLMs.  Call up parents right-away and reorientation of Parents-Family role in answering SLM in time of the pandemic.  Meeting with the parents/guardians together with the guidance counselor. Technology Integrated activities found in the SLM makes it hard for some students to cope up.  Contextualization and Localization of the SLM is made in order to accommodate students having less resources in technology. Student follow-ups and coaching is hard due to communication barriers.  Home visitation and face-to-face follow-up during the distribution of modules.
  • 28. ISSUES/CONCERNS/CHALLENGES STRATEGY Early pregnancy among students in this time is rampant.  Face-to-face conference with the student, parents and teachers with the guidance counselor. Classroom renovations in order to prepare the classrooms in the face-to-face classes.  Launching of the quarterly “Bayanihan sa Kalikasan at Kaligtasan”. Technical Assistance to students in the different learning areas.  Making use of online messaging tools, face-to- face mentoring/coaching. Availability of classrooms in the preparation of the face-to-face classes.  Request the Office of the Municipal Mayor to once again turn-over the SHS premise back to school in order to be utilize. Risk of transmitting COVID19 virus among the stakeholders in distributing and submitting SLMs.  Strictly follow health protocols for COVID19 pandemic.
