We’re pleased to launch our new service to support community-led housing groups
achieve their dream of building homes which are environmentally sustainable and
truly affordable.
The One Planet Affordable Living (OPAL) approach gives your group the knowledge,
ability and power to navigate through the four phases of a housing development
– Vision, Plan, Build and Live.

2. Our support is structured around a series of tools and
workshops for your community-led housing group. We can
also offer more in-depth tailored support depending on the
development phase you are in, and the specialist support
you might need.
We’re here to help you with the delivery of sustainable,
